Steve Cooley is taking it to higher and higher levels now. Cooley, who is part of the County of Los Angeles, and represented by the county of Los Angeles (Jones Day Lawyers) and paid for by the tax payers are suing the ADDA. Judge Chalfant is in bed with Cooley and the County. Why? Because the County of LA is illegally paying county judges $50,000 per year which is a conflict of interest like none other. The people voted that county judges can't receive money from LA County. There are some 600 county judges who have recieved millions in pay out over the past years. Of course Chalfant is going to rule for the county. If he protects the county he gets his $50,000.
