It is going to take some time but there will be investigations into the travesty at Guantanamo. A recent court ruling guarantees that, but when - who knows? There is enough to investigate to keep an army employed for the next decades, even if Guantanamo didn't exist. But it does. Closing=good start. Will we ever correct the years of abuse and misadministration? We'll see. It is good to be at least beginning. It is already better than it was.
